I firmly believe that TranzitJim made up many of those themes!!
I can recall one with fluro green background with yellow and purple writing.  That one made my head hurt!
There are many that are really bad.
As for the Benny is a cunt thread..... The things I could add to it! 
Oh, and BTW 'Dawg, ya signature link goes nowhere. I was bored and clicked on it and found myself in a parking spot.
