User Ranks

Since most of you lot are pretty rank already, I thought it was time I activated the user rank system. This is the titles you have under your name on RP. I've got one here (Site Admin), and there is a BANNED or two, but the rest of you don't have one. I'm going to change that.

Don't panic, I'm only going to activate the cool component of it. That is to say, I will NOT be activating ranks that automatically progress with post count - so no "Stationmaster" type stuff. What I WILL do is allow custom ones. So, if you want some stupid bullshit under your name, post it here, and I'll set it up for you. If you don't want it, you don't need to do anything - I'll leave your name alone.
