Yep Fair Call there super chief and if people wanna know what was exactly said I will quote the remark from Pg 28 In the Section Locomotive 3801 and the stupid comment is highlighted in italics.
Members will recall that we had recommended to RailCorp that a complete new all-welded boiler was the most time and cost-effective solution for 3801, with a view to having it steaming again within about two years. A technical specification is now being prepared, so that the design drawings and parameters can go out to the market for manufacture in the next few weeks. The procurement process will be managed by RailCorp. Meanwhile, we've also prepared a comprehensive scope of works for the mechanical overhaul of the loco, which after all has had not had major mechanical work for over 20 years
It then goes on to say the Project will be funded by RailCorp under the asset management plan.
Now I AGREE that coming from someone representing a group is bloody stupid or obviously he had his head under a rock when 3801Ltd done a few major overhauls on 3801 and were in fact one just overhaul was in Railway Digest....

4426 - I didn't give you a chance - which I have given, which is unfair on my part.
So: consider this your final warning. You're not suspended. Next time you go in too hard like this, we will Apparatus™ you permanently and with Extreme Fucking Prejudice. Drop the shit about 3801Ltd and RTM will go a very, very long way to ensuring it doesn't happen.
