Some kiddie on da udder place drew our attention to this before a hissy fit. Don't ask me, I don't care.

Anyway it's an interesting story:

Emergency services prepare for counter-terrorism exercise

A bus and a train carriage will be blown up as part of a major counter-terrorism exercise in Sydney today.

Police say the exercise at Holsworthy Army Base will simulate an explosion at a major transport interchange.

Assistant Commissioner Nick Kaldas says it will test the emergency response capabilities and coordination of state and federal agencies.

"There are a number of agencies involved, not only the police," he said.

"Within New South Wales the fire brigade, the ambulance service, the Department of Premier and Cabinet as well as the Health Department are all very much involved.

"On a Commonwealth level there are a number of agencies involved, in particular obviously the Australian Defence Force."

Be interesting to know how it went.

I'd post this in Other or NSW but I think we get a wider audience here. Mods do what you please. But be gentle with The Apparatus™... it's my first time.

Possibly an opportune time to get rid of some fuckwits, dimwits, losers, loudmouths and any other sort of vegetable, offer them a couple of dollars to go sit in the shiny carriage then use the remains for the rest of the exercise Happy Satan . Happy Satan

That's not too hard, SA, just put in a full length mirror. He can have an in depth talk to himself.
