Fellas thanks heaps I realy mean that too.
So far so good still got mad mood swings way high to way low but thats to be expected with this mongrel that surprisingly so many off us on here have or have been touched by.
The search for a new place goes on some good leads some wasted time but looking good mostly....still staying out here in the south west though.

I did and the meds stopped the wild swings and brought me back to normality, well as normal as a railbastard can be anyway.

I have no idea of your pain, but I know all about my own battles with depression, and I know it's a right cunt. One thing I do know is that however bad it is, it doesn't always stay that fucked up.

A day at a time mate. Sometimes an hour at a time or a minute at a time.

I don't know you but I'd like to repeat my offer of a beer or two if ever you get to Junee.

Depression will screw with your perspective on life, don't let it dupe you into making bad decisions. Sit it out, and when that sun comes a shining again you'll see the whole picture a lot clearer.

I don't need to read much of this board to see how well liked you are Greg, plus there's the support of your family, as you have mentioned. There's much caring there all around.

And that means, Greg, you are a wealthy bloke .... and a top bloke as well.

It seems we can all speak from our own 'black dog' experiences to help you get through your troubled times - myself included. I won't reiterate all the words said by others - which is all spot on - except for this: professional help is an important part of a support network to get you through these difficult times.

That being said I am sure all of us in the RB community would help you in any way we can as part of your support network. I wish you a quick recovery, and hope to share a beer with you when you come out the other side a bigger and badder Fuckwit Crusher.

Team thanks heaps, things are getting better I can even laugh while whinging every time I moved last night/this morning while on a late night late morning finish shift replacing a set of points at Bankstown as ......drum roll please.......the backs now decided to fuck up on the way to work last night. Angry Satan

Was just sitting down on the train in to Lidcombe from here when I slipped while sitting down and landed with a thud instead of smoothly so the back went ...FUCK YOU I'm on strike ....but Fuckit I aint letting it stop me but thank fuck for neurophene tablets.
All good and having fun at work so its all good.

A New Year has just started and things for me have already gone downhill. My Folks had a massive blue earlier tonight and Mum wants Dad to fuck off tommorrow. I don't know what to do and I don't this shit so early in the year. 2008 hit me in face pretty hard when I quit my job and this is really hit for 6. Right now I feel agro and feel like shit

Take a walk (or a gunzel) away from it all for a day; your parents, like you, are adults and while it is never pleasant when people divorce if not for themselves, for those close to them, taking a step back for 24 hours tends to help.

It might also be a suggestion for them to do too.
