Anyone have any information like station building type at redesdale Jcn or info on the infrastructure along the branch.
I have grade profiles and yard layouts what I'm looking for is what type of buildings exsisted!

Lemme see what I can find.

I know there was fuck-all there; whether it was a kit building like the original buildings south of Woodend I don't know. Also, there was an extension from Redesdale for ballast.

Just gotta get my arse down to Newport.

Initial reports of Redesdale Jn station photos being easy to find have proven incorrect; they do exist but they're not easily findable.

But they do exist as well as hopefully some Redesdale pictures.

It's the best I could do - and about the only known photos of it. You should be able to work off the signal number and go from there.

Oddly enough, drove through Redesdale recently...The line and station are still quite evident today...

Is there even the slightest remnant of a station being there now, like a mound etc? I've got a few current photos from Sebastopol Rd in my collection.

I'm quite interested in the history of this station. If it still existed then I would have used it a few times Wink

Negative. There's - aside from some pines - zero left there now; not even a station. The one that's really hard to find is Chewton and that went in the Seventies.
