From my father's old slide collection. Some dodgy digital snaps of slides on a screen. Not sure of the details as it was before my time (the sprogs in the photos are my elder brothers). South Bulli no 2 was somewhere in Sydney and went south to Bulli where it currently stands. I think these photos are all the same day but don't really know. I suppose the shots of 5593 plus carriages are the return trip after SB2 was dropped off. The shots with the bush are near Cawley on the South Coast line (according to some RP gurus).
5593 was at Enfield in the end as I understand and copped the mighty gas axe of death.
Anyway enjoy.
